Family Ministry: A Year of Joy and Growth

This past year has been a season of connection, celebration, and incredible moments in our Family Ministry. From cozy campfires at Family Camp to the vibrant creativity of Vacation Bible School, we’ve witnessed our families grow deeper in faith and friendship. A highlight of the year was our Christmas party, which brought together over 30 students, staff, and volunteers for laughter, games, and a reminder of the joy we find in Jesus. It was the perfect way to end the year on a high note.

Summer saw pool parties, worship nights, and meaningful programs that united families and students. Our sermon series and weekly programs provided opportunities for students to step into leadership, ask big questions, and deepen their faith. The launch of Fun Fridays for our children’s programs has also been a huge success, creating a space for kids to connect, learn, and grow in a fun and engaging environment.

Looking ahead, 2025 is packed with exciting opportunities for families to connect and grow. We’re kicking off the year with a Family Ministry Game Night and a transformative Winter Retreat. Auditions for our Spring Youth Musical are happening this upcoming weekend, promising to showcase the incredible talents of our students. Our Easter Family Service will be a special time to celebrate the resurrection together, and our monthly All-Families Worship Nights will continue to foster intergenerational connection. Summer will bring Vacation Bible School and camps, alongside our ongoing Wednesday and Sunday programs. One of the most anticipated moments of the year will be unveiling our new middle school space later in 2025, which will create an even more welcoming environment for our younger students.

The heart of our ministry is to create spaces where students and families can grow together and experience God’s love. We can’t wait to see what God will do in the year ahead!

Thank you to our congregation for all the care, support, and prayers for our student programs. Blessings, Richard
