RB Community Church choirs present an annual Christmas Concert as part of the concert series. The Chancel Choir invites guest singers to join in this special event. This is a great option for people who do not have time to commit to choir every week, or attend another house of worship on the weekend.
This year, the choir will perform John Rutter's "Gloria," a magnificent work for choir, organ, brass and percussion. We will also sing three anthems for SATB and four-hands piano with the Turgeon Piano Duo.
Rehearsals are:
Saturday, Nov. 9 (9am - 3pm)
Saturday, Nov. 16 (9am-11am)
Saturday, Nov. 23 (9am-11am)
Thursday, Dec 5 (7pm-9pm)
Saturday, Dec. 7 (9am-noon)
The concert is Sunday, December 8th at 4pm (2:30pm call time)
Practice tracks are provided so you may rehearse at home. Singers are welcome to join the Chancel Choir at Thursday evening rehearsals at 8pm, if they choose.
