Recruiting Interviewers to Help the Mission Study Team

We still need Interviewers for the Mission Study Team’s Appreciative Inquiry process. It will require you to make phone calls over the next few months to learn from our members about the peak experiences with God in this church, what they value most, and a core factor of this church other than Jesus. We want to know people’s stories to help identify our strengths. Our goal is to learn our church’s strengths so that we can clarify our church’s identity and direction. This is a crucial part of our preparation for the future and you can make a real difference. Each interviewer will have individual phone calls or meetings with about 15 people in the next six months.  To help email deborah@rbcpc.org.
