Stepping into the Holiday Season

As we step into this holiday season, there are plenty of moments that remind us how interconnected we are as a church family. For multiple days this week, our youth and students jumped in with staff and volunteers to decorate our church home for the Christmas Season. Garland has been hung, trees have been fluffed, and lights strung. This time of community reminds us of how the Nativity brought shepherds, wise men, and angels together to join a humble family for the birth of our Savior. People from all areas of the church, all walks of life, all parts of the world are coming together to share in the joy of Jesus' birth. One of the great joys of Christmas is inviting others to join in our celebrations and worship, so we issue the same challenge to you that we gave our students. Who can you invite to church, to a meal, to an adventure, and in so doing invite them into the joy that is salvation in our savior? Tim Wazny
