October Drive Thru Food Drop Off

The need to keep food pantries open continues as they try to meet the food insecurity needs of individuals and families in our communities. This month we are collecting for New Day Urban Ministries in San Diego. New Day is supported by the San Diego Presbytery and provides essential services to the homeless, urban poor, veterans, and those recently released from prison in a safe and Christ centered environment.

Grocery Items Needed: cereal, oatmeal, canned meals, canned vegetables, canned fruits, snacks, canned beverages or water, pasta and pasta sauces.

No fresh produce and no glass bottles.

Toiletry items also in need: travel size soap, body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand sanitizer
