Seeker Class on God's Promises (Tues)

Saint Augustine of Hippo (354-430 AD), one of the most influential early Church Fathers, said, “The New Testament is concealed in the Old, and the Old Testament is revealed in the New.” But about three hundred years before Saint Augustine, Apostle Paul wrote, “For all the promises of God find their Yes in him [Christ]” (2 Cor.1:20). All God’s promises in the Old Testament found their fulfillment in Christ. In this class, we will study a different promise from the Old Testament each time we meet and examine how it was fulfilled in Christ. You are welcome to bring your Bible and join us as we study the world of God together.

To accommodate those unable to make a morning class, an identical class on God’s Promises will run Wednesday Morning at 10:00 a.m. and will also be taught by Pastor Mofid.
